This program sucks in the best of ways, I’ve never done a superset program and the struggle was real for me.
It introduced me to a whole new way on how to work out, and it yielded results that I wouldn’t think I would get from an 8-week program.
I highly recommend the program and always remember…. Embrace the suck, it’s the only way to get better.
Thank you much for creating the workout programs for me. I really enjoyed the 8-week supersets and tri-sets program. The workouts were short but intense, and I saw results in just two weeks. I would highly recommend Red Kingdom Fitness to anyone, regardless of their fitness level. Thank you, Lyndon.
I had the pleasure of training with Nina at Red Kingdom Fitness, and my experience was fantastic from the very beginning. When I first walked into the gym, I didn’t know what I was doing and couldn’t even do a single push-up. My confidence was at an all-time low. Nina, my personal trainer, was the driving force behind my transformation. She designed a tailored workout and nutrition plan that was both challenging and manageable. With her unwavering support and encouragement, I lost an incredible 25 pounds during our training period. It was a testament to her expertise and dedication.
What made my experience even more memorable was the exceptional customer service I received from Lyndon. Although he didn’t personally train me, he went out of his way to make my fitness journey affordable by waiving the sign-up fee and offering a fantastic rate. His kindness and willingness to accommodate clients like me added an extra layer of satisfaction to my experience. Nina and Lyndon have created a supportive and welcoming environment at the gym, which is truly commendable. Their passion for fitness is infectious, and it’s clear they love what they do.
As someone who signed up for a six-month program, I can confidently say that I am more than satisfied with the results. Nina and Lyndon have not only transformed my physique, but also boosted my self-esteem and overall well-being.
If you’re for top-notch personal training and a gym that cares about its clients, look no further than Nina and Lyndon’s team. They have truly changed my life, and I can’t thank them enough.
In my experience working with the programs given to me by Lyndon Cadiz I’d say I learned a fair bit more extra tricks to use in the gym. It also gave me a good reminder of muscular endurance. Why?
The 8-week superset and tri-set program.
Lyndon offered me a more muscular endurance program. Not to build more muscle, but to try to sculpt the muscle I had already being that I am an experienced lifter. Now the name of the program says it all, it’s a program designed to make you reach muscle failure on every set you do. The exercise range pairs exercise with supersets and tri-sets, and with that makes sense rather than having you run around the gym. Which is good. Another pro is the freedom to replace any exercise with a substitute to better suit your experience level.
Now, being that this is a muscle building program you won’t get a lot of compounds. So, if you’re a big compound lifter who progressively overloads this may take some time getting used to.
In my experience I’ve never been trained one-on-one with him. But that doesn’t change the fact that I’ve been in the same gym as him and his clients, and from watching him work I can say this. Lyndon is a pretty vocal trainer who doesn’t shy away from working out with you on some occasions. He provides feedback during every set, but also lets the client work in peace to let them focus and feel the movement. He demonstrates the movement beforehand to give the client a visual representation of the movement and is always happy to redo that as many times as it takes. So, it’s never just he shows you once, and then you’re on your own. He’s with you until it’s done.
I would most definitely recommend his programs, specifically the superset and tr-set one. And I would also encourage if you’re a beginner starting out, you should reach out to Lyndon for personal training.
